If you buy any item from us and wish to return it within seven days of purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer either an exchange or store credit for the amount purchased. If you wish to return an item, all you need to do is contact our customer service team below. You need to have the original receipt, the item you wish to return should not have been used, have no damage and needs to be in its original packaging. If you are living overseas, we can arrange for the item to be collected from you (at your cost) and delivered to our offices. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our "No Quibble" policy on Rolex, Omega, Brietling, Hublot and Tudor watches or Gold and Diamond items purchased from us.Returning Damaged / Non-Operating Items
