Gunpowder is a bold, bright green tea that has been slowly dried then carefully rolled into shiny pellets. This tea is combined with Asian and local Irish botanicals and distilled by hand in a copper pot still to create this distinctive spirit. Enjoy it neat or with a large ice cube.
Tasting Note:
Nose: Juniper, star anise and angelica root with fresh lime, grapefruit and Gunpower Tea.
Palate: Smooth with lemon, lime and grapefruit notes followed by Gunpower Tea and the spicier botanicals.
Finish: Long, spicy finish with cardamon, orris root and star anise balanced by Gunpowder Tea and fruit notes.
