Customer Returns Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Bahrain Duty Free. However, if you have any problems with your purchase; we will be happy to ensure that every effort is made to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. At Bahrain Duty Free, we offer a “No Quibble” exchange policy, on most items, within seven days of purchase. We also work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our customers experience the highest standards of convenience and quality possible in regard to supplier warranties on all items purchased from us.

Our “No Quibble” Policy
If you buy any item from us, and wish to return it within seven days of purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer either an exchange or store credit for the amount purchased. If you wish to return an item, all you need to do is contact our customer service team on the details below. You need to have the original receipt; the item you wish to return should not have been used; have no damage; and needs to be in its original packaging. If you are living overseas; we can arrange for the item to be collected from you (at your cost) and delivered to our offices.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer our ‘No Quibble” policy on Rolex watches, underwear items or Gold and Diamond items purchased.
If you make a purchase from our departures store you may return it back to our departures store or through our retail office. Similarly, if you purchase an item in our arrivals store you can return it directly to our arrivals store or through our retail office. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of items purchased in the departures shop located in our arrivals store, or vice versa. This is due to VAT regulations in place in Applicable to our Arrivals Store.

Returning Damaged / Non-Operating Items
If any item purchased from us is damaged; Bahrain Duty Free is happy to ensure that the issue is forwarded to our suppliers as swiftly as possible to ensure that no unnecessary inconvenience is caused to the customer. All you need to do is contact our customer service team, who will take control of the situation and inform you of exactly how the issue will be resolved.
