Our Master Blender's latest creation, St-Rémy Signature is the new face for brandy.

With this blend, Cécile wanted to shape a new face for brandy by exploring new production processes, while remaining respectful of St-Rémy traditions and historical smooth profile, experimenting a unique double maturation process.

The first maturation in new oak casks delivers spiced notes, indulgence, and vivacity, while the second maturation in traditional casks balances the blend with roundness and sweetness.

Tasting Notes: 
Appearance: It has a luminous, bright-amber color, intensified by fiery, red sparks

Nose: The aroma is inviting, with prominent notes of virgin wood, spices such as vanilla, coconut, and almond, along with fresh fruits

Palate: The flavor is smooth and well-balanced, featuring honey, nut, and butter flavors. Fruity notes start fresh and then become candied, with sweet spices creating roundness and balance

Finish: The finish is long and satisfying, with notes of milk chocolate, spun sugar, and Starburst, along with gentle hints of linen and incense

Overall: St Remy Signature Brandy is perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as a base for classic cocktails. Its rich, complex profile makes it a standout choice for brandy enthusiasts.
