The Chita is the first single grain whisky from the House of Suntory. Whilst it may be light and exceptionally smooth, as with all Suntory Japanese whiskies it has achieved an unparalleled sophistication though it's maturation process in ex sherry, bourbon and wine casks. If you're new to Japanese whisky, this is a great starting point. 

Tasting Note:
Nose: Honeydew melon, citrus and honey'd cereal.

Palate: Vanilla sponge cake and more honey. A touch of orchard blossom.

Finish: Medium length, rather zesty.
