  • Our wonderful FREE “Click & Collect” service allows you to do your airport shopping between 3 Hours & 1 Month before you fly. You can browse & buy your favorite brands online at a time that's convenient for you, then pick up your products at the airport before you Departure Flight from Departures Hall or Upon your arrival from Arrivals Hall - whichever is more convenient!
  • With our FREE Shop & Collect service, you can shop in departures before you fly and collect your purchases on return from your travels. A great way to take advantage of fantastic saving without worrying about having extra baggage to manage on your trip! We will securely pack and store your items, free of charge, and keep them ready for collection when you arrive back into Bahrain.
  • Simply let one of our Bahrain Duty Free team at the checkout area know that you would like to collect your items on arrival, and they will be happy to assist you. Shop & Collect is a service that is available to all passengers who are returning to Bahrain after their trip.
  • We will hold your order at the Click and Collect desk and will keep it for you until your next travel. If your travel plans are cancelled and you won’t be travelling in the near future, we can cancel and refund your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team.   • Yes, items can be exchanged or returned according to Bahrain Duty Free Return & Exchange Policy. (Refunds & Returns)
  • Our website carries a large selection of your favourite brands, but some items may not be available on the website. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they can confirm whether the item you are looking for is available in store. Make sure you check the website regularly as new products and brands are added every week.
  • We work hard to ensure that our online product selection is available to purchase and in stock for your order. In the rare instance that your item is out of stock when we are preparing your order, we will contact you by email to inform you that the item has been removed from your order and a refund has been processed. Between your order being placed and your departure, this item may come back into stock. Please do check in store at Bahrain Duty Free on your departure, and our team will also be happy to help you locate any item.
  • Yes, you must be flying and in possession of a valid boarding card to use these services.
  • You can reset your password by clicking forgot password in My Account. You will then receive an email to reset your password
  • You must place an order at least 2 hours in advance of travelling. You can collect your purchases on your departure or on arrival back into Bahrain.
  • Departure C&C not subjected for 10% VAT, however Arrival C&C and Home delivery will be charged 10% VAT at check-out.
  • Alcohol & Tobacco are restricted items which can only purchase by those passengers over the age of 18 years. Should you wish to buy these items you will be asked to confirm you are over 18 years on website. You will be asked to enter your date of birth to process your order.
  • For Arrival & Departure C&C There is no minimum order value, however for home delivery it is BD5
  • Buying from Bahrain Duty Free website is secure, and we are taking the utmost safety standards.
  • Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Debit Card.
  • Benefit Card. (Within Bahrain).
  • No, Cash on Delivery is currently not available for shopping at Bahrain Duty Free website.
  • Orders can be made online and shipped to an address within Bahrain for Perfumes, Skincare & Cosmetics.
  • No. Alcohol and tobacco products are currently not included for Home Delivery.
  • Our Home Delivery service is only available within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Yes, however, the recipient should be residing within the Kingdom of Bahrain with a valid shipping address.
  • Order placed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM will be deliver within 3 hours – any order received after 10:00 PM will be deliver next day after 10:00 AM.
  • No, orders cannot be picked from the airport.
  • Delivery Charges is BD1.900 per order (within Bahrain).
  • At the moment it is not possible to use Bahrain Duty Free Gift Card or Voucher when shopping from Bahrain Duty Free website.
  • To Create your wish list, you click on the heart icon under the product. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to either login or register. once you logged in, you will then be able to add to your wish list.
  • We do offer a gift-wrapping service for pre-ordered items ahead of purchase.
