Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fruity sweet with notes of ripe pears and melon, creamy toffee, milk chocolate, cinnamon and a hint of ginger.
Body: Dark in shade with a warm amber glow.
Palate: A rich combination of sweet ripe pears in syrup and vanilla caramel, infused with cinnamon sweets and crisp almonds.
Finish: Very nice and long lasting mouth feel.

How to Enjoy Best?
Enjoy neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail. Ingredients 60 ml Chivas Extra 13 Sherry Cask 20 ml Campo Viejo Rioja 30 ml Lemon Juice 20 ml Sugar Syrup Soda Water Orange Wedge, to garnish Method Add all ingredients in a glass and stir gently. Fill the glass to the top with ice Garnish with orange wedge and serve
