Appearance: Crystal Clear

Nose: Very attractive pungent green apple skin, just sliced earthy pear skin and overripe pear flesh

Palate: Clean, crisp but ripe conference pear - more earthy thick skin than flesh with a touch of freshening lemon zest & black pepper

Finish: Long clean pear finish with cracked black pepper and the merest hint of bitter almond
