This Dalmore 20 was initially matured in the finest first-fill American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, after that it is carefully divided between freshly emptied first-fill bourbon and hand-curated Tawny Port pipes selected from the Douro region of Portugal. After a long period of time, both are reunited in first-fill bourbon casks to harmonize.
