Most of Johnny Neills inspiration comes from the experiences he has gathered all over the world.
This gin, however, recalls his childhood memories when he visited his grandparents on their farm near Daresbury.

Botanicals: juniper, oranges, lemons, iris bark, coriander seeds, angelica root, rhubarb extracts, ginger extracts, liquorice.

Nose: Rhubarb, intense ginger aromas

Palate: Full-bodied, warm, soft, tart, notes of ginger, orange
