The whisky bearing the name has been crafted to be as striking as The Paps themselves. This Jura 19-year-old single malt whisky is initially matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that have previously held an astonishing 40 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry. Rich, sweet and spicy, this whisky delivers flavours of ginger cake, vanilla, spiced pear and balsamic glaze, before a long, nutty finish.

Nose: Ginger cake, vanilla and balsamic
Palate: Spiced pear, fig syrup and roasted walnut
Finish: Matured for 19 years in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and enhanced by a complex finish from hand-selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks that previously held 40 years old PX Sherry wines
